The rock burst in coalmines is always one of the difficult problems on rock mass mechanics and mine pressure, which is not solved in the theory and in practice. Along with the increasing of the coalmine depth, the coalmine which has impacted rock burst more and more, and the intensity was also more and more big, all that have created the huge economic loss and the personnel casualty, this phenomenon has caused the huge pressure for the safety in production, so rock burst has become one of serious disasters in safety production of coalmines. The Suncun coalmine is regarded as the research object in this thesis, in this paper the method of geo-dynamic division was used to determine the regional geologic structure background, and then established the geologic structure model; synthetic study method such as theoretical analysis, numerical computation were used to divide the active fault of all levels in the region of Suncun coalmine, and through that methods to divide the stress state block fault; State stress measurement and numerical simulation method were used to determine state stress condition; Used the multi-factors probability prediction method to complete the regional prediction of rock burst, then divided the danger area, the threaten area and the safety area, and made the appraisal and the prediction of rock burst risk, and given a instruction to Suncun coalmine for the regional prediction, the examination and the preventing and controlling of rock burst.
