The paper selected four magnesium and magnesium alloys: pure magnesium, extrusion AZ31,ingot AZ91 and semi-solid AZ91.To study the character of organization and corrosion performance, metallogenetic examination ,immersing experiment in 0.9% NaCl solution and electrochemical protection experiment are done , corrosion principle is analyzed. Experiment data and corrosion features are associated to compare and analyze, corrosion performance studying and mechanics performance analysis are done for magnesium alloys with good corrosion performance in different states and pure magnesium is coated with element Ti, metallogenetic examination and immersing experiment are done to study corrosion features and calculate corrosion rates. Experiment data are compared with those of pure magnesium, corrosion performance of magnesium with Ti-coated surface is much better than pure magnesium .Thus the possible of the method of Ti-coated on magnesium alloys surface to improve corrosion performance is identified. Foreshadowing is done well for further study in Ti-coated surface to magnesium alloys with excellent corrosion performance, Thus superiority of applying in wide application especially in medicine science can be elaborated with better corrosion performance.
