Aiming at the flaws of Internal Electrolysis treating and the difficult of treating dye wastewater, this paper presents a new method of treating dye wastewater by applying microwave(MW) in order to intensify internal electrolysis. It presents this method to dispose the separate brilliant blue E-4R simulation dye wastewater. This paper studies the treatment terms of technology and mechanism to the processing of simulation dye wastewater. All study included two parts as follows: 1) The Internal Electrolysis Intensified by Microwave Plasma treating the separate brilliant blue E-4R solution in the static state It analysis the relationship between degradation efficiencies and some factors in the static state. When MW irradiated the carbon /iron (AC/Fe), the reactivate AC/Fe can been used some times. The outcome of tests indicated: For COD being 469.62mg/L separate brilliant blue E-4R solution, the optimal condition is that 180W MW power, irradiation 2min , the pH is 5 ,the the quality rate of active AC/Fe is 1:1 ,the particle size of Fe is 0.9~2.0mm, , the reactive time is 40min, before regenerative treatment, COD removal is 86.74%the colour removal is 98.94%; After regenerative treatment, COD removal is 86.86%. the colour removal is 99.02%. 2) The Internal Electrolysis Intensified by Microwave Plasma treating brilliant blue E-4R solution in the move state There was a study on different influencing facts in the process of internal electrolysis intensified by microwave plasma which influence the degradative effect of separate brilliant blue E-4R solution,The outcome of tests indicated: For COD being 469.62mg/L separate brilliant blue E-4R solution, the optimal condition is that the microwave radiant time is 2min,microwave radiant power is 600W, the pH is 5,the radium of iron particle is 0.9-2.0mm,the quality rate of active carbon /iron is 1:1,circling liquid volume is 1500ml,circling speed is 50rpm,the volume of air-blasting is 5ml/min,. when the reactive time is 1 hour, before regenerative treatment, COD removal is 94..04%, the colour removal is 99.11%,; After regenerative treatment, COD removal is 94.36%, the colour removal is 99.21%. The outcome of tests indicated : The dye wastewater is treated by the Internal Electrolys and active carbon .There are not only reactivate the active carbon but also violent spark discharge between active carbon and iron under microwave radiant field,coming into being discharge plasma, the action of microwave radiation and microwave plasma regenerate and intensify the active carbon and iron's ability by removed the dye. The active carbon and iron can been used time after time. It is the credibility of technology and economy.
