The hydraulic-servo system of the precise straightening press is the executive body and is the key unit to ensure the processing precision of the workpiece.Automatic work-piece carrying mechanism is also the important part of the press,and it is drived by the pneumatic system.The main contents are as following:1. Research the hydraulic-servo system of the precise straightening press totally and analyse the structure and character of the system.2. Design the principle of the electro-hydraulic position servo system and the data of dynamic elements of the press.Select the size and type of the hydraulic elements.3. According to the basic theory of hydraulic-servo system,research deeply the mathematical modal of four-connection valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder,built up the transfer function of four-connection valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder.4. Establish the mathematical modal of the electro-hydraulic position servo system under different load and analyse dynamic characters of system deeply.5. Design the principle of the pneumatic system of automatic work-piece carrying mechanism of the precise straightening press. Calculate and select the size and type of the pneumatics.The research contents in the dissertation provide the theory support in designing and manufacturing the precise straightening press.
