Research On The Monitoring And Directing System Of Synthesized Cementing Operation

Cement engineering of deep well and special well, which involve a great many equipments and personnel, and with complicated operation procedure and many circumstances happening unexpectedly, calls for an urgent demand for a set of monitoring and directing system of synthesized cementing operation to realize a holographic direction of operation. This paper makes a research on the monitoring and directing system of synthesized cementing operation on the basis of above demand.The cementing operation parameters and dynamic data on the spot are to be delivered synchronously to the monitoring and directing center established on the spot, at the same time the computer based central processing system handles synchronously the operation data, and proceeds to contrast and analyze design data, making an early warning for all kinds of operation accidents, sending a feedback on time to the operation personnel about the information and instructions of the commanding center, which make up of a set of visualized monitoring and directing system of cementing operation, and make the operation commanders understand the cementing operation dynamic parameters and operation condition on the spot clearly at any time, attaining a universal direction to the whole process, whole member involved. For the first time, a set of dynamic holographic monitoring and directing system of cementing operation is established in the domestic in this paper, making current monitoring and directing technique of cementing operation develop into a visualized, digitized, scientific one, which means a lot to the improving of kernel technique of cementing in Daqing oil field.
