This paper start on countrywide fire position, collect and neaten 110 super fire with a large number of casualty on happened Chinese in 1993-2004, analyze fire data about base status, year, month, province, reason, obituary reason, decedent sex, special age, decedent identity, area, trade, corporate economic type, architectural character, building type, location (part), time of service receive alarm and experience etc. Introduce the base status of foreign fire with a large number of casualties. This paper analyze the major reason of result in fire with a large number of casualty happened about 7 side. This paper integrates theory with work practice and brings forward precautionary countermeasure by 8 ways: (1) austerely control factor of result in fire;(2) extend overlay rate and advance availability;(3) aggrandize establishment for;(4) inaugurate secondary passageway for escaped;(5) aggrandize architectural function about et out smoke and heat;(6) austerely limit combustible material;(7) strengthen fire fighting device;(8) constitute mechanism of interact fire service and insurance.
