| Based on the monitor of the growing of the polymer bonded explosive (PBX) internal damage in the experiment, the thesis researched the character of the damage, the influence of the mechanics performance and the acoustic emission (AE) character of the PBX. Based on the research and experiment, we confirmed the parameters of AE testing and the 'water-bathed'method. in the experiment of thermal shock. Due to the release of thermal stress, cracks will appear in PBX. With the application of acoustic emission testing device, we can acquire the acoustic signal under different temperature conditions by the monitor of thermal shock process. The preliminary experiment showed that the increasing curve of AE event can reflect the damage evolution of this material in the thermal shock experiment, distinguish the different phase of damage evolution. And, In the experiment of mechanics performance, we analyze the AE signals in the experiment implemented by two ways , indirect tension and compression. With the application of the scan electronic microscope (SEM) and the knowledge of material characteristic, the thesis researched the difference of specimen internal damage and AE signals under different temperature in the thermal shock, summarized the disciplinarian of the amplitude distributing of AE signals under the different load conditions, realized AE characteristic of PBX in the experiment of thermal shock and mechanics performance. Based on the data of ultrasonic testing and AE testing, the paper researched the change of mechanics performance of the specimen tested in the thermal shock, proved that the different locality and direction of damage led to the different AE signals in the mechanics performance. Furthermore, the paper analyzed the factor that influence AE characteristic of PBX by contrasting the AE characteristic of the different PBX. The paper summarized the application and the research of AE technique in the field of energetic materials systematically, implemented firstly the observation of the damage and the research of the damage's character in the process of the thermal shock experiment by the AE technique, researched the inspection, the discrimination and the research of the damage by the analysis of the material microscopic component and the AE signal character of the damage,demonstrated the change rule of the ability to resist flaw expanding influenced by the different temperature. The research in the thesis provided the new method and idea for the study on mechanism and mode of PBX's thermal shock and mechanical damage in the future, extended the application of AE technique in the field of energetic materials. |
