| On the basics of briefly summarizing the research and application presents of building coatings and nano-composite building coatings in domestic and overseas, we presented a creative approach of modified exterior and interior building latex coatings applying inorganic nano-powders and its compound, systematically studied the effect of factors such as nano-material's category,additive capacity,dispersing method on the behavior of exterior building coating's weathering resistance,scratch resistance,water resistance,alkaline resistance and on the behavior of interior building coating's restraining bacterium,degrading all kinds of bad organic matter,and triumphantly developed nano-composite building latex coating. According to study on UV-Vis optical property of nano-powder materials and its compounds we turned out that nano-TiO2,nano-SiO2 have excellent characteristics to UV shielding, and dispersing system of polybasic nano-composite materials owned higher UV shielding capability than single disperse system. Employing different dispersing technology, applying nano-TiO2,nano-SiO2 and its composite powders to normal acrylic or styrene-acrylic latex coatings to manufacture nano-modified latex coatings. The results of performance testing showed that the additive of nano-powders can evidently enhance the latex coatings' weathering resistance,scratch resistance,water resistance and alkaline resistance, and do not reduce other performances. According to study on UV-Vis opitical property,qualitative antibacterial experiment ,quantitative antibacterial experiment of anatase nano-TiO2 and antibacterial powder (adulterated by Ag ion and Ce ion) we turned out that antibacterial powder's diffuse reflection spectrum obviously Einstein shift which makes it can absorb more visible-light. Not only irradiated by UV-light but also irradiated by visible-light antibacterial powder both possess photocatalytic capability, which brought new functions that improve latex's quality. Employing different dispersing technology, applying anatase nano-TiO2,antibacterial powder to normal interior latex coating to manufacture nano-modified latex coating. The results of performance testing showed that the additive of nano-powders can evidently imrove the latex coating's quality, such as restraining bacterium,sterilizing bacterium and degrading all kinds of bad organic matters, at the same time do not reduce other performances. |
