Contraposing the present condition of water resources of Peking City and eutrophication in the river lakes, aiming at the urgent situation of holding the zoology Olympics , this text put forward to make use of the biology method to father the eutrophication in the river lake turn and the measure of managing. Resuming the submerged macrophyte as centre of this technique , by the artificial measure, rebuild and repair the river lake ecosystem system .The instauration of the city water ecosystem base on the self-rebuild of ecosystem, by engineering , maintain the long-last development of the ecosystem environment. But how to recover the natural ecosystem that has been already injured, assuring the mankind safety and view, still supporting to protect the natural ecosystem environment, rising to purify the water , is the main contents of recovering city body ecosystem . Based on the investigation, the data and experimentation, analyze the relation of algae and TN, TP, DP, temperature, rainfalls and analysis the cause of formation of the eutrophication. By analysis ,we can think that strength of N,P going up is the reason of explosion of algae, and the source pollution and rainfall the path to flow to result in with the pollution of the surroundings residents of the river lake is the main cause of the strength of nourishment salinity of the river lake going up. and the decrease of the amount of water, when the temperature is falicity ,the algae will be explosion. By experiment, we compare two kinds of submerged macrophyte effect of wiping off N, P. As a result, at first, along with increase of submerged macrophyte , the strength of N, P have the different degree to lower, but in the later, as the submerged macrophyte die,the strength of N,P has the different degree to go up again .We can choice the submerged macrophyte that the effect of wiping off N,P is better as the species of demonstration engineering.
