| This thesis is based on the 75-ton electric arc furnace (EAF) computer control system of Luoyang mechanical Mine Colt. The thesis includes the historic course, the actual research and the tendency of EAF steelmaking control method, which is based on the extensive knowledge of the craftwork of EAF and the development of steelmaking process control at home and on aboard, which all through study on a great deal of documents about control method of the EAF.According to the control demands on electrode adjust control system of the EAF craftwork, electrode adjust control methods and controllers are studied in detail, Through analyze the principles of the control system, first set up the math model.Aim at the nonlinear and time-variation of the EAF system's characteristic, at the same time there is strong coupling between three electrode each other which affect the control purpose seriously. It is used to one regulator adjust one electrode simply, but it doesn't work well. Through analyze the principles of three electrodes system, it show that the effect of coupling between three electrodes can't be ignored. It is difficult to get good control purpose by using traditional PID-controller, so design a Fuzzy-PID controller. Satisfying effect is achieved by using Fuzzy-PID. Based on considering three electrodes as a whole part, it realizes decoupling three electrodes by using Fuzzy identification.It takes conclusion from simulation that the electrode adjusting control regulator, which illustrated in this paper can minish the coupling among the three electrodes and restrain the system disturbances. |
