| Xiao Nan coal mine was built and put into production in 1980 , by expanding, the present annual production capacity is up to more than 2,400,000 tons. It is an important problem to Xiao Nan coal mine that how to utilize facilities on ground or under ground , how to prolong the time of service of Xiao Nan coal mine in maximum and how to improve the rate of recovery of coal.
