With the development of the wastewater treatment technology, the request of the automatic control has been higher and higher. As the wastewater treatment process has the characteristic of multi-variable, non-linear, huge-lag, and difficult to establish precise model, the process automatic control level comparatively hangs behind, which result in toughen up the system been well controlled. Aim at the serious water pollution condition in our country nowadays, with low treatment efficiency at mostly wastewater treatment plant, the thesis execute modeling of Jiaxing wastewater treatment plant, and realize the whole plant automatic control.Based on brief statement of the control theory and control system conception, the author summarizes international development of the advanced control strategy currently, and then introduces the wastewater treatment process, especially the Activated Sludge treatment process.Depended on Jiaxing united wastewater treatment plant process technology and run condition, takes the Activated Sludge Model as the foundation, establishes the simplified model of the plant, and proofreads it with the original data. According as incoming wastewater quality, the model could predict the DO concentration in aeration tank.
