The research focusd on the screening decomposing- microbe on organic waste, identifying the sort of the elected strains and compounding excellencer complex microbial community. By qualitative and quantitative method as first and repeated screening experiments, there are 8 strains elected from 468 strains, thereinto, the number is three for amylum—decomposing, they are called 2H-4,XM-2,XM-7;and four for albumen-decomposing, they are called lN-3,2N-2,H-4 and Sun; and two for grease-decomposing, they are called S-16,R-45;.Otherwise, a complex microbial community is elected for cellulose—decomposing. Through the culture experiments and physiological and biochemical reactions , the result determin that strains Sun, XM-2, XM-7, R-45 belong to Baccillus subtilis, and strains 1N-3, 2N-2 belong to Baccillus cereus, and strains 2H-4 belong to Baccillus licheniformis, and strains S—16 belong to Cytophaga. The research indicate the elected strains all have widely applicability. Two complex microbial community are gained.
