Wuliangsuhai Lake, the largest lake in Bayannor City. It is the only water system embodying the drainage of Hetao irrigating area and the important base of protecting,moving and sluicing water in the upper-middle Yellow River. In recent years, there occurs serious supernutrition in Wuliangsuhai Lake mainly due to industrial contamination, agricultural contamination and liquid waste from city life. In order to solve the serious supernutrition of Wuliangsuhai Lake, the expert team put forward fifteen renovating measures. This thesis, using cost-efficiency analyzing method, carries out environmental economical efficiency analysis in the measures which may reduce contaminations. Accordingly, it finds right order of the projecting measures which improve the environment of Wuliangsuhai Lake most by the least cost. Meanwhile, by introducing the technology of numismatizing the draining sewage, it carries out cost-efficiency analysis in the three city polluting resources and five industrial polluting resources and gets the best order to establish sewage-disposing factories. Moreover, the result mentioned above is discussed in this thesis.
