| In this article, the non-destructive testing (NDT) technology is researched mainly on powerful belts with wire rope core. On the base of the theory of electromagnetic and radiography, using the method of experiments and the modern digital signal processing technology, the writer does a deep research on the change rule about magnetic flux leakage (MFL) signal of the steel wire rope, at the same time makes a detailed analyses to the character parameter of magnetic flux leakage signal and the principle of X-ray radiography. At last, an integration monitor system on-line is designed abouthigh-tensile strength belts.First, on the base of electromagnetic theory, the writer does a discussion and research to the magnetization and the correlation parameter of steel wire, and make an analysis to the influence factors of the magnetic flux leakage field. According to the basic request of magnetic field examination, a sensor is designed in order to test the MFL of steel wire. At the same time the writer discusses the principle of X-ray radiography, and determines the design proposal in the overall system. Finally, the design of software flow and the performance test analysis are accomplished. Through the experiment, it is proved that the examination result about steel wire breaks is completely consistent with the fact, and obtains the anticipated effect.The innovation of this paper lies in the amalgamation between X-ray examination and the electromagnetism examination technology, and uses fully their superiority in the examination aspect. The accomplishment of this topic will impel the leather belt non-destructive testing technology to the further. |
