YL112 aluminum alloy is used extensively in the structure spare of automobile and motorcycle. The surface treatment is required for raising the material's corrosion resistance ability before application and it would form a surface layer that can combine with organic coat easily. These are easy to the surface coat decoration. In this thesis, by combining laboratory research, field production and theoretical analyze we have studied superficial oxide treatment technology to YL112 aluminum alloy material. Surface oxidation treatment is not only the last but also the most important process for aluminum alloy produce. The process is so complicated that it would be affected by many parameters. And the anodized oxidation and chemical oxidation are the two common methods. The chromium sour salt of changes layer and anode oxidation membrane are used in common. This thesis has chosen the H2SO4 anode oxidation. From degreasing, alkaline cleaning, neutralization, the effect of surface before hand treatment on the quality of surface anodizing treatment is discussed. From electrolyte concentration, electrolyte temperature, voltage, timing, additive, the effect of anodizing oxidation on the quality of surface treatment are discussed, From hole sealing liquid composition pH, value, timing, the effect of hole sealing on the quality of surface oxidation treatment are examined. Through these researches find the ways of improve quality of YL112 aluminium alloy profile surface anodizing treatment. This article not only gives some new point of views and technology, but also improves some old products. From electrolyte concentration, electrolyte temperature, voltage, timing, additive, the effect of anodizing oxidation on the quality of surface treatment are discussed, From hole sealing liquid composition, pH, timing, the effect of hole sealing on the quality of surface anodizing treatment are examined. Chromium sour salt -phosphate oxide has been chosen respectively in this text , definite relative better technology dispensation by way of the diagonal intersection experiment , because of the pollution to the different level of environment of sour salt oxide of chromium existence , so at the experiment course kind but research chooses some haves the chromium oxide law. By way of measurement the polarization curve has gained to judge aluminum alloy corrosion resistance ability the electrochemistry parameter –Eb and Ecorr, and applies that the salt mist experiment has compared the different influences to the YL112 aluminum alloy corrosion resistance ability of surface treatment dispensation technology. Trough these researches find the ways of improve quality of YL112 aluminium alloy profile surface anodizing treatment .the article not only gives some new point of views and technology, but also improve some old productive technology of every work process. This article study the cause of defects in the process of surface anodizing treatment, give the ways to prevent and to solve. YL112aluminum alloy decoration of surface and the enduring on the foundation of losing nature strengthening is aimed at gaining good superficiality nature in a word improving the technology of surface treatment, and is achieved the good corrosion resistance ability, and lightens the pollution to the environment of waste liquid after the oxide, and this is the work of rich theory meaning and practical foreground.
