The topical hemostatic materials are obvious to be important because people are unavoidable to be wounded in their life. For example, first aid cure breaked out without any cue in all the day's work, hemostasis to patients'wound in hospitals, in particular, rescue of war injure is often used. hemostatic materials existing ,such as, hemostatic gauzes, hemostatic fibrins, hemostatic bandages, are defective to be used .First,easy to conglutination with wound leads to uneasy to replace drug. Second, it is helpless to infection or purulence wound.In order to reduce unnecessary death brought by blood loss, medicine world in all country asks to acquire hemostatic materials with best hemostasis properties so that it is imperative to development bettle hemostatic material under the situation.Materials must have well biological properties in the application as a wound dressing,excellent biocompatibility,biodegradability,hemostatic activity, ant–infectional activity,innocuity, and property to accelerate wound-healing. So that it is a proper choice to seek to fine biomaterial in nature,process it ,make over it. The article's objective is to develop a new hemostatic film. In order to it, many experiments were carried through to hemostatic agent with PVA. result is as follows: (1)Choice of PVA materials with different proportion PVA material is prepared as solution under refluence .then ,it is coated and aired. dryness time,rigidity,ventilation,bibulousness,dissolution and film is set out one by one and keep the score. When the six guidelines is regarded as a evaluation system,PVA material (PVA0588:PVA1099 = 2:2 ) has a average score to 93.3 that indicates best the material's capability. (2)Orthogonal experiment of hemostatic films After being Choice of PVA materials with different proportion,solution of material is made of water,glycerin,ethanol,CMC-Na and PVA under refluence. Solution is made as film. It is aired. Adopting 0.5g CMC-Na, 110ml ethanol, 4ml glycerin, 60ml water is considered as the best prescription through comparing their properties. (3)Choice of hemostasis drugs and estimation of hemostasis to hemostatic films when hemostatic film with different drug applys to animal, their blood loss and hemostasis time is unlikeness.According to it,as hemostatic film with 2.5‰Tranexamic Acid and 2.5‰Etamsvlatum ,it's blood loss is least and it's hemostasis time is shortest.
