In order to exist in the ruthless competition environment, the silk enterprises must depend on the advanced produce equipment and application of some reasonable management, so that they could lower depletion, increase production efficiency. As an important equipment in silk production, the capability of the cocoon boiling machine is very important. Therefore, it is quite meaningful to study on the influence towards product (raw silk) quality and yield,that caused by the cocoon boiling machine.This paper put great emphasis on the comparison analysis of every kind of function between V type cocoon boiling machine and outside vacuum cocoon boiling machine with 104 cages , and then show us its influence to depletion, product quantity and yield. At the same time, it put forward some technology hard nut and some valuable improvement suggestion.Important conclusions of this paper are following 1. The V type cocoon boiling machine could lower the depletion of filature , and attain the purpose of reducing the depletion.2. The V type cocoon boiling machine is beneficial to ameliorate the clean degree score of raw silk, and improve the production quality.3. The provision ability of V type cocoon boiling machine is very strong, so it could increase the production efficiency, and lower the wages.
