The main topic of the paper is to design an out-lay intelligent control meter for the existing dip-solder stove whose temperature is hand controlled. Dip-solder stove is a kink of device to solder circuit board, weather the temperature is controlled good or not will influence the equality of circuit board and the time people spend in soldering process. The following is about the main work of this task:1. Designing of circuit board.K type thermocouple is elected to be the temperature sensor of the meter and the Pt100 (RTD) is used to detect the environment temperature as well as to compensate K type thermocouple. The designing of circuit include the inputting and the magnification of temperature signals, the outputting of control signals, the inputting of keyboard, displaying of the temperature, serial communication and so on. The software PROTEL is applied to draw the two-layer printed circuit board, and in order to enhance the antijamming capability of the circuit board the digital circuit and the analog circuit are positioned dividually.2. The linearization of the transducer."Least-squares Method based on Orthogonal Functions" is used to linearize the sensor and the absolute value of the biggest error in the range of full scale is 0.05°C.3. The designing of control arithmetic.Due to the characteristics of the controlled plant are big delay lag and big inertia, a kind of control arithmetic named piecewise fuzzy integral control is designed. The control arithmetic was proved to have a good control effect by practice.4. Programming.a) Franklin C51 program language was applied to program for the single-chip microcomputer system. Functions of the programming include picking temperature, linerizing the sensor, displaying the temperature, calculating the outputting control value, dealing with the keyboard inputting and communicating.b) The object-oriented language Visual C++ is used to programming for the communication between the meter and the computer.The meter has been applied to control the temperature of dip-solder stove, and the good control effect was obtained.
