The Development Of Annular Electron Beam Welding Line Ultrasonic Automatic Test System

Based on the project, the research of the annular electron beam welding line ultrasonic automatic test system is put forward in this dissertation. To realize this automatic test system, not only the newly developed automation technology and ultrasonic signal processing technique, but also the ultrasonic image processing technique was applicated.Chapter One firstly states the background and the requirements of this project, and the significance of the research of annular electron beam welding line ultrasonic automatic test technique, than states the presently applicated ultrasonic automatic testing technique and ultrasonic image processing technique.Chapter Two mainly states the basic theory of using ultrasonic technique to test the annular electron beam welding line. After stated the importance of ultrasonic test technique to ensure the quality of welding ling, it analyzed the characteristics of the annular electron beam welding line and its flaw distribution. Than based on the ultrasonic test technique, the way of how to test the welding ling with ultrasonic was made out, such as to choose the way of test, ultrasonic imaging and presentation, the style of probe, the couplant, and so on. At last, the theory of automatically adjusting the water path length is put forward.Chapter Three researches the automatization technique of annular electron beam welding line ultrasonic test. Firstly, it gives an outline of the ultrasonic test system, than based on the analyzation of the tracks that the workpiece may have when tested, the mechanical system was designed, and the scanning control and the signal collection control system was worked out respectively relies on the PC and board card technique.The Fourth Chapter mainly researches ultrasonic imaging and its processing for the annular electron beam welding line test. It firstly expatiates the composing and basic theory of ultrasonic imaging.
