Study On The Biodegradation Of Steroids In The Organic Fertilizer

With the development of fanning,the pollution that is caused by chicken feces is becoming more and more serious.Because chicken feces contain steroids such as cholesterol and estrogen that are difficultly degraded in the environment and can hurt human,it is necessary to treat with them to reduce the pollution.It is reported that Comamonas testosteroni can degrade steroids.Therefore the studies of Comamonas testosteroni and other three gene-modified Comamonas testosteroni were carried out in chicken feces.According to treatments with different temperature, time, quantity of inoculation, content of water, treatment with sterilization and with no sterilization and in the situation of slack and vibration,we studied optimum conditions of four kinds of bacteria.The main results were as follows:1 .In the treatments with sterilization and without sterilization.the biodegrading frequency of C.test, Pktac- A8, C.test+Pa, C.test+Pb was increasing with the temperature between 4°C and 30°C.When the temperature reached 40*C,the biodegrading frequency of them was dropping.Therefore 30℃ was the optimum temperature.Biodegrading frequency of C.test+Pa was the highest among four kinds of bacteria.The difference between C.test+Pa and others was very significant.2.In the treatments with sterilization and without sterilization,from 5d to 15d,the biodegrading frequency of C.test, Pktac- A8, C.test+Pa, C.test+Pb was increasing.and subsequently was dropping.Therefore 15d was the optimum time.Biograding frequency of C.test+Pa was the highest among four kinds of bacteria.3.In the treatments with sterilization and without sterilization, the biodegrading frequency of C.test, Pktac- A8, C.test+Pa, C.test+Pb was increasing with the increase of quality of inoculation.In the analysis of the significance.the difference between 5ml amd 10ml was significant.Therefore 5ml was the optimum quality of inoculation.
