| Polyaniline (PAn) is one of the most intensively investigated and prospective in application among conductive polymers. In the paper, the preparation characterization and conductive properties of PAn and PAn/Nanometer-sized ZnO composites were studied in detail.The paper includes mainly following three parts:1. The research development on the conductive polymer/inorganic nanocomposites is reviewed from aspects of preparation methods, properties, latest progress and so on. In the end, the research problems and direction were pointed out.2. The effects of Oxide agent, doping time, the type of protonic acid of high conductive polyaniline were studied in detail. The optimum conditions for preparation of high conductive polyaniline were as follows : (NH4)2S2O8/aniline mol ratio was 1.0; doping time was 10h; the HCL concentration in reaction system was 2.5mol/L-1.
