The subject that the thesis studied is the system that comprised with silicate cement clinker-sulphoaluminate cement clinker. During the study course the compound was divided into two groups, one is called A area, and the other is called B area. Based on the study on the mechanical performance of the compound system cement, the paper stressed the hydrated production and the microstructure of the silicate-sulphoaluminate compound system cement, including the product and the microstructure of the hydration, the heat of the hydration and the electrical characteristic during the hydration, discussed the relation between the thermo parameter and electrical parameter with the hydration course. 1. Through testing the mechanical performance of the PC-CS-A compound system cement, including the water requirement of normal consistency, the setting time and the strength character, we knew the regularity of the performance. 2. By means of XRD, SEM and DTA/TG measurement, the composition and the microstructure of the compound system cement paste were tested, the character of the hydration products in the different composition area were analyzed. 3. The rate of hydration heat evolution and hydration heat of the PC-CS-A system were tested, and the influence of the composition on the heat of the hydration were analyzed. 4. The electrical resistivity of the PC-CS-A cement paste were tested, and the relation between the change of the electrical resistivity and the hydration process were analyzed. 5. At last the AC impedance spectroscopy of the PC-CS-A cement paste at different ages were tested, the relation between the AC impedance spectroscopy parameter and the hydration process and the microstructure were discussed. |
