| In this work, we focus our effort on the studying of the sol-thermal and chemical metathesis synthesis of nanomaterials powder.Looking for some new roads of preparing the powder of some inorganic material is the main mission. During the studying of these two kinds of synthesis method, we found the new methods of some inorganic materials, such as carbon nitride, zirconia, nickel phosphide, titanium carbide, titanium nitride and so on. In this paper, we will depict these methods in detail.On the other hand, we do something in the studying of these two methods, and found some principle of them. First we found some limitation lying in the chemical metathesis, especially in the controlling of the quality of the product and the velocity of the reaction. In the following research, we did some comparison experiment of synthesizing various nickel boride nanocrystal in the same principle, but by the two methods respectively. We found the character of these two ways of synthesis, which will play the instructive roles in the researching of the synthesis of more perfect nanomaterial powder by changing the temperature, pressure and medium of the reaction. By analyzing the result of these experiments, we realizing that the solvent is very essential in the controlling of the crystallizing and the melting salt works as solvent is possible, and we proposed the idea of operating chemical metathesis synthesizing in melting salt. |
