With the paper machine producing technology development and process automation degree enhanced, during the processing of modern papermaking, the papermaker more and more pay close attention to controlling and investigation of the wet retention. in combination with the actual condition of the minfeng NO.18, I analyze all kinds of the causes that effect the wet stabilization and fix on the white water consistence of the paper machine as the main influence ,the on-line retention control is controlling the flow rate of the aid-retention according to the white water consistence which measured by the On-line retention analyzer of the kajaaniRMi during the processing of normal producing ,so that I can control the stabilization of the approach system. Based on the workmanship requirement and the control technology ,the on-line retention control are used the PID closed loop control. I declare and introduce in detail the hardware component and the function of the PID close loop control system including the controller , the measurer , the execution ,and specially introduce the component and the function of the On-line retention analyzer of the kajaaniRMi. on basis of analysis of the theory and the principle of the On-line retention control, I derive the PID control formula of the on-line retention control in detail and formulate the actual function which the on-line retention control used. According to the PID control formula and the engineering realization theory of the on-line retention, I demonstrate how to realize the PID control formula and the PID control function to the engineering. The control function realization of on line retention control is by the control program which I compile, and I descript the way of the adjustment of the control parameter such as the sampling period and PID parameter and find a set of adaptive control parameters by the above way. At last according to the condition in which we use in the actual producing, we give some example and actual data for practical effect and benefit since the on line retention control system are coming into service .
