This paper raises concept, connotation, type and method of artificial rebuilding of mining engineering disturbed soil, we think that artificial rebuilding of soil is mainly to rebuild soil by artificial measure, is soil restoration and reconstruction of disturbed soil. The essential problem of artificial rebuilding of mining engineering disturbed soil is to reconstuct soil profile and form suitable soil phy-chemical property; improve environmental quality of rebuilded soil.Base on the theory research, then take pingshuo opencast mine in losses plateau as a case study to testify and verify the theory and method, we have a systematic research to soil artificial rebuilding after the large-scale mine engineering disturb original physiognomy and cause soil degradation, analyze six forming soil factor how to influence engineering disturbed soil in mine area, also analyze the effect of artificial factor. We observing typical soil profile, and then think zonality soil layer cannot come into being in very long period. We divide the phase of soil property change. We have a analysis to the reclamation craft and phy-chemical property of rebuilding soil in opencast mine dump, and have a analysis and valuation to the environmental quality of rebuilding soil, then draw a conclusion that artificial rebuilding soil don't have pollution of heavy polluted element. In six heavy polluted element analyzed, polluted index of Pb? Cr is very high, we should pay attention to avoiding heavy element pollution in the course of soil artificial rebuilding in mine area. The paper suggest that to put forward engineering disturbed soil type in artificial soil order, and on the grounds of disturbance type, then divide engineering disturbed soil into engineering heaping soil and engineering sinking soil.
