Till 90's, the robot techniquehas made a very fast speed development due to computer technique,microelectronics technique, internet technique and so on development rapidly.Special welding jig and intelligence of arc welding robot are the hotproblem researched in the field of engineering technology at all time in recentyears. Robot and intelligence have been paid attention in the welding andelectromechanical fields increasingly due to the requirement of automobilemanufacture industry structure on big batch, high efficiency and high quality.Many famous automobile manufacturers and scientific research institutions inthe world have provided energetic theoretical and design supports insuccessions in the research and development of arc welding robot andintelligence.Control arm is one of the key parts of the car, its performance willinfluence the safety, reliability of the car directly, the design of controlwelding jig will have big influence on the size of part and welding distortion.Whether the control arm can meet the design requirement of the product willplay a key function on the performance of the car. This dissertation designed aset of special welding jig of the robot based on the control arm of Bora A4 carand researched the application of the arc welding robot intelligence.First, a reasonable process flow and a best process proposal should bedetermined through process analysis on control arm to guarantee the stability,accuracy and reliability of the product.In order to make sure that the parts can be loaded and unloadedconveniently, quickly and exactly and avoid the welding distortion of parts, thewhole proposal of the jig should be determined and the support points, locatingpoints and fastening points should be arranged reasonably based on theselected best process proposal. |
