The check of PH is the important work procedure of the refine sugar industry. For the sake of within the scopes of 6.9 to 7.1 of PH of neutralization juice in defecate work procedure of the sugar factory, we must proceed to the check of PH. However the traditional method of check PH is all that to be achieved by manual or electrode sensor, usually result of that is big workload and frequently exchange of electrode. In view of this, the paper put forward a kind of real-time image processing system in place of traditional electrode. The system got away from tie of computer completely, which cooperate with some relative peripherals such as A/D and D/A convertor, SDRAM, accomplish gather disposal and display of image processing. Realize " embed into type" and have some merits such as little volume, low cost, credible work. It can conquer efficiently inconvenience of exchange of electrode and enhance produce efficiency and automatization degree.The paper introduces structure, principle, hardware circuit and software design of this set control system of check PH, and discuss total scheme of this system. There has a particular introduction to signal survey system that the DSP and CCD chip are the important chip and control system that the C8051F231 is the core chip. At the same time we have made an experiment to find the corresponding relation between PH and color on certain condition. At last I have made a summarization and more view to the research of system.
