| With the improvement of people's life and the enhancement of the sense of environment protecting, the identification and quantity of impurities in pesticide technical has been emphasized.Triadimefon, a high effective fungicide.is used widely in arguriculture. The impurities in triadimefon technical were identified by GC-MS.The possible configuration of impurities were deduced from mass spectrum and the standard of impurities prepared.Three possible compounds were synthesized by chemical methods.The structure of the compounds were identified.By comparing the GC-MS spectrum of possible compounds and that of the impurities in technical,it was found that the structure information was in common.By further comparing the retention time of the profounds and that of the impurities,the main impurities in triadimefon technical was conformed as following:First, 1-(4-bromophenoxy)-3,3-dimethyl-1 -(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1 -yl)-2-butanone;Second, 1-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)-3,3-dimethyl-1 -(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1 -yl)-2-butanone;Third, 1,1 -bis(4-chlorophenoxy)-3,3 -dimethy 1-2-butanoneour conclusion is conformed right.On this basis, The quantity method of main impurities and triadimefon was set up by the optimization of gas chromotophy. |
