A Study Of NC Reform Of Machining Center

NC(numerical control) machine is the representative of advanced equipment to achieve mechatronics in current machine production industry. With the development of advanced manufacturing industory , the NC reform of old NC machine, especially the research of the NC reform of machining center has become an urgent and arduous task before us. This thesis makes an detailed statement of the NC reform process of MAZAK machining center. On the basis of the analysis of the NC system, servo system, logic control and mechanical structure of the center, the SIEMENS 840D, SIMODRIVE 611D servo drive system and SIMATIC S7-300PLC are utilized to make reform on it. After the correct settings and debug , the new center is put into use in batch production of machining object and proved to run well and obtain a good economic benefits and social effect.
