| In this paper, the digital camera cover is regarded as the research object, and the study is distributed into the drawing process and its numerical simulation. Based on this study, the drawing process and forming quality are developed and the mold structure parameters are optimized, and good conditions can be established for the computer aided manufacturing.Aiming at the variable instabilities in the process of drawing, the finite element simulation software DYNAFORM is used to simulate the drawing process of digital camera cover and its relative products' models, analyze the blank shape, the date and direction of the blank holding force, the punch speed and its track curve and the mold structure technique etc. Meanwhile, the waving blank holding force is carefully researched on the influences of the tendency of wrinkle and crack in the drawing process under controlling three parameters: shape, swing and frequency. From the analyses above, the stress strain field, FLD, kinetic energy diagram and the situation of metal flow can be obtained. According to the above research results, a general optimal method about the drawing process of digital camera cover can be concluded..Finally, through the experiment, the eligible simulation result is contrasted with the in-process drawing workpiece. The aim is to find the distinctions between the theoretical forecast of numerical simulation and the actual producing conditions, then a series of simulation conditions and parameters, which are adapted to the real production, can be obtained. |
