In this dissertation, acute and subacute toxicity of BPA, 2,4-DCP, PCP of phenolic environmental estrogens to Common Carp was determined, effects of BPA, 2,4-DCP, PCP on the activity of SOD and CAT in the liver, kidney, gill of Common Carp were studied, and the interaction mechanism was also investigated. The main results are as follows:The LC50 values of 96 hours BPA to Common Carp are 4.25 mg/L (4.044.47mg/L). The activities of SOD and CAT of the Common Carp were changed obviously after expose of BPA. For the groups treated with the same concentration but different time (6h, 12h 24h 72h 7d 12d ), the activities of CAT increased initially and then decreased, and the activities of SOD decreased initially and then increased , and with the prolong of times, the activities of SOD decreased again. For the groups treated with the same time but different concentrations (1/6n 1/4 l/3 I/2 LC50) ,the activities of CAT increased initially and then decreased with concentrations, the activities of SOD decreased initially and then increased , and with the prolong of the times, the activities of SOD decreased again. The LC50 values of 96 hours 2,4-DCP to Common Carp are 13.9 mg/L (11.816.6mg/L). The activities of SOD and CAT of the Common Carp were changed obviously after expose of 2,4-DCP. For the groups treated with the same concentration but different time (6h, 12h 24h 72h 7d), the activities of SOD increased initially and then decreased, and the activities of CAT decreased initially and then increased , and with the prolong of times, the activities of CAT decreased again. For the groups treated with the same time but different concentrations (1/6 l/4 1/3 l/2LC50) ,the activities of CAT and SOD increased initially and then decreased with concentrations. The LC50 values of 96 hours PCP to Common Carp are 0.19 mg/L (0.170.22mg/L). The activities of SOD and CAT of the Common Carp were changed obviously after expose of PCP. For the groups treated with the same concentration butdifferent time (6h 12h 24h 72h 7d), the activities of CAT and SOD increased initially and then decreased. For the groups treated with the same time but different concentrations (l/6 l/4 1/3 , 1/2LC50) ,the activities of CAT and SOD increased with concentrations.
