A Developed Program About Purifying SOD From Swine Erythrocyte And The Making Of The Intestine Releasing Pilule Capsule

SOD intestine releasing capsule is a modern capsule drug for the therapy of Rheumatoid Arthritis. And it also can be a kind of hygienical food which has the anti-senescence function.. it was mainly be consisted of SOD purifying mixture. According to the correlative regulations of patent traditional Chinese medicine ,the primary researches were done as follows. To research the extraction process of effective parts , single factor and orthogonal experiments were used.. By using 3 factor experiment ,we developed the program of purify SOD from swine erythrocyte ,and then we get the purified SOD production which has jarless and controllable quality. Besides ,the purifying method is exercisable. When choosing the material , we adapt EC and the SOD purified product as the raw material. And then taking the use of the method of adding amylum in both sides, we suceedely made up the capsule ,and then coating the capsule with the mixture of intestine releasing resin and ethanol. The characters of coated pellets were also be studied . According to correlative regulations of "pharmacopoeia of the People's republic of china "2000 edition , the characters of identifying methods and general checks of the SOD capsule were researched . and then ,we estimated the examination system of the releasing rate in outside of human body by taking the general protein content as the guideline . after that ,we make it clearly that when is the capsule releasing limit as the time went by. And we descript the capsule's realeasing theory by using several data and graph. Besides , the SOD ability examination was studied. Through the research of the thesis , we made the raw material into a kind of pilule capsule. And the capsule can be used as a kind of long effective and easily carrid modern capsule in RA clinic curing . In the mean time ,we made some research of the SOD capsule about the capability of being a kind of health care food . Through the process ,some beneficial experience and data for preparation was accumulated.
