Lead screw is the key part in mechanical drive used to transfer helical motion into linear motion. With the development of modern industry, precise machinery which runs under the condition of high-speed, great and dynamic load has been constantly appeared, which needs more and more precise ball screw parts with such quality as high-speed, low voice and long service life.The paper presents a new lead screw machining method-cold rolling. The precision and surface quality of the roller, the key part in lead screw rolling, has direct relation with the quality of the lead screw parts. However, in traditional precise processing method of roller (precision grinding, precision turning, etc.), the cost is high and efficiency is low. Combining the research of the team, on the basis of analyzing roller processing technology domestically and internationally, this paper have put forward a kind of brand-new finishing method. The manufacture of the high-accuracy roller will help the popularization of cold rolling technology, thus improve the performance of the precise screw parts of our country fundamentally, elevate the quality of the relevant products of our country and enhance competitiveness in the international market.This paper has continued studying the Pulse Electrochemical Finishing technology based on the studying in the team. In order to obtain excellent surface quality, the new technology of PECF based on computer-control system is put forward, which is an important developing direction in the future by meeting extensive modern production's needs to introduce numerical control (NC) technology and process Non-conventional Machining Technology. In the control system selected for use, with the popularization of personal computer (PC), there are more and more control systems composed of "PC and motion controller", which is a main development trend of control system. This kind of scheme can fully utilize resources of the computer; get application on the machinery equipment with complicated motion course and mechanical orbit and stronger flexibility.This paper studies the Pulse Electrochemical Finishing technology based on a great deal of basic experiments, and put it to the surface finishing of roller. First, based on the experiments of cylinder, has a deep study on the mechanism of PECF, and besides the further researches on the characteristics of electrochemistry, flowing field and anode dissolution, analyzes the flatting theory of parts' surface from macro and micro aspects. Second, according to the priorities of NC, with theory analyses, puts forward the computer-based control system of PECF, and develops the technology system for roller, which can have an even removal besides keeping the precision of roller.This paper has showed that the technology of PECF roller based on computer control is feasible. The technology can not only satisfy the demand of manufacture precision, but alsoimprove the surface quality of roller. Furthermore, the technology is simple and easy to realize automation and has broad prospects in application. |
