| The paper discusses PS/SBS/CaCO3 blending system by twice blending process, and investigate the influence of the content of SBS and CaCO3 on mechanical properties , rheological properties and thermal properties, also investigate the influence of viscosity depressant on rheological properties, and the decentralization rules of CaCO3 in blending system and the influence of CaCO3 on the density of blending system, and still impact cross section with Scanning electron microscopy(SEM). With the content of SBS increasing , when the content of SBS is under 30%, the increasing of Izod impact strength and elongation at break are inconspicuousness , but , when the content of SBS is exceed 30% , the Izod impact strength and elongation at break are improved greatly , but at the cost of the tensile strength ,processing behaviour , rheological properties . With the content of CaCO3 increasing , the tensile strength , Izod impact strength, elongation at break and rheological properties of blending are down , but the thermal properties ,density are increasing . SEM testing shows :the dispersing effect of blending are molecule level.
