| The breaking conveyance system in Huolinhe coal group is a large modernization breaking, conveying, storage, sampling and loading system which is designed, manufactured and developed by our own country. It has more than 800 sets ( series) equipments totally. This system belongs to the half-continuous producing process.This thesis introduced the domestic and international research present condition of that realm. Through analyzing the usage situation, each constituting unit and the whole system reliability models of the breaking conveyance system in Huolinhe coal group are built with the reliability methods. By the computer numerical simulation, the system reliability degree was calculated. The ways to enhance the system reliability was discussed, too. It provides reliable evidence for enhancing the efficiency of half-continuous procession system, for the near future energy-expansion reformation of the ground system in Huolinhe Coal Group and the development of the breaking conveyance system in Zhahanaoer new diggings. |
