| Suifoquinoxaline is a kind of most needed anti-coccidiosis animal remedy which can prevent the poultry coccidiosis, and is growth accelerant of the poultry also.This paper has studied on the synthesis of suifoquinoxaline through condensation and cyclization, chlorination and substitution process, o-phenylenediamineas and glyoxylic as the raw material. The total yield attends to 88.73% at the optimal condition and increases 16.56% compared with the literature value.In the paper, by the means of orthogonality test and single factor checking, the optimal technical conditions of suifoquinoxaline are as follows: In the condensation and cyclization process, the usage of o-phenylenediamineas: glyoxylic is 1:1.15(mol ratio), reactive temperature is -5℃, reactive time is 1 hours, heating time is 1.5h at 50°C with acetic acid as the catalyzer and methanol as the solvent, the method of chemical analysis of 2-hydroxyquinoxaline is used, yield is 93.71%. During the course of chlorination, the usage of 2-hydroxyquinoxaline: phosphorus oxychloride : phosphoric chloride is 1:2.75:1.4(mol ratio), reactive temperature is 105℃, reactive time is 1.5 hours, 2-chloroquinoxaline is analyzed by melting point, yield is 96.46%. During the substitution, the usage of 2-chloroquinoxaline: sulfanilamide: potassium carbonate: sodium carbonate is 1:1.25:0.8:0.6(mol ratio), dead-stop titration analysis of suifoquinoxaline has been established, yield is 98.17% at the optimal condition. |
