| With the rapid spread for GMP(Good Manufacturing Practics) standard of leechdom production,pharmacy mechnical equipments used in automatic packing product line for leechdom such as pill,capsule have appeared in the world. Our nation also have got great success in these equiments, quite a few of which were made in china.However, a key device dragged back those product line equipments made in china:the first question is that the error of count is rather big;the second question is that the bottle-filled rate is quite low,which can not keep up with other devices'rate in product line. Hence, the development in this field have been restricted in our country.Based on the thoughts above, we took great part in collecting all kinds of information of related devices.In the end,we put forward a design scheme:use Programmable Logic Control (PLC) as key control unit; use Human Machine Interface as manipulation panel.We named this device as rotary and automatic high speed counting-machine.In this pager,we begin with the working prinsiple and system integer structure.Detailed explanation are given in hardware choice,hardware configuration.Rotary transportation structure is adopted in this system.There are ten counting and bottle-filled nozzles,which are started up by respective photoelectric sensors and closed down by MCU in counter system.We choose S7-226(AC/DC/RELAY) which is the product of Siemens Company as system key control unit,and use TP170A also made by Siemens as human machine interface.TP170A is based on Microsoft Windows CE Embedded Operating System,which can real time share and charge the system resource of S7-226.System software design introduction is followed in the pager.Main control programs of PLC and the communications between PLC and MCU are the emphases and difficulities.The inspect of abnormity instance, the elimination of mistakes and the disposal of improper bottles are concerned in project which are all discussed indetail in the pager. |
