In this thesis, the composition of phosphate rock, the kind of defluorinate agent,the conditions of neutralization were studied in the industrial device of feed grade dicalcium phosphate in HongHe Chemical Ltd. The optimum conditions of industry are obtained by the experimental data, they are as follows:1,The optimum composition of phosphate rock is: P2O5≥30% 1.31% ≤CaO/P2O5≤1.50%,R2O3/P2O5≤4%,F≤3% (recommended) .2,The optimum reaction conditions of neutralization are that the terminus pH value of fluorine removal is 1.9-2.1; The temperature of fluorine removal is 50~60℃; The time of fluorine removal is 40~50 minutes.3,The defluorinate agents were studied in the article. From the experimental of the defluorinate process and the actual conditions of HongHe Chemical Ltd., the byproduct-calcium oxide was chosen as defluorinate agent.There are about 5.09 million Yuan (RMB) would be obtained if these optimum conditions were applied to the industrial manufacture of feed grade dicalcium phosphate in HongHe Chemical Ltd..
