Research Of Reactive Distillation Technology

In recent years, reactive distillation, which combined reaction and separation in the same vessel, has been given extensive attention .Both the technology and simulation research development of reactive distillation were introduced briefly in this article . With various different catalyst, catalyze the DOP synthesis in the intermittent method. Dominate specified material ratio, catalyst amount, the reaction temperature is 180℃~190℃, take the water away in use of a particular unit, and reaction time is 3 hours . Below the same term, select the catalyst that the catalysis activation is the best. By means of the test, below this term, the catalysis activation of catalysts C is optimally. And trickle bed reactor and rectifying-rector process were compared, and novel interval withdraw technology was explored in this article. Major factors and existing problems of the technology are also given.
