sulfuric esterified reaction of chitin and chitosan is the best lure region in the chemical field. We have studied heterogeneous appearance and quasi-homogenouse appearance reaction conditions of sulfuric esterified chitosan, and determined related technics conditions of sulfuric esterified chitosan reaction, and carried through sulfuric esterified chitosan by analyzing IR and NMR, and confirmed structures of derivations. We have carried through deacetylating process for chitosan, and decomposing chitosan by H2O2 and application experiment of anticruor capability for sulfuric esterified chitosan. And we have discussed their anticruor mechanism and made a qualitative conlusion. Next is the mostly results:1. It haven't any influence on DD of chitosan when we adopted H2O2 method for decomposing chitosan. We respectively reviewed temperature, and H2O2 content, and time opposite to impact on chitosan decomposing when we fixed chitosan content. From the experiment, we can know it is better proper when H2O2 content is 2%(W/V), and temperature is 60℃, and time is 1 ~2 hours. And this time, products income are very high and appearance also is good. If we want to prepare molecular weight of chitosan is 10,000 or so and even more lower. And this time we can adopt this way that H2O2 content is 3%(W/V), and temperature is 80℃, and time is 2-3 hours. We could get mostly productions are water-soluble chitosan and analyze oxidating and decomposing chitosan by IR.2. We carried through deacetylating reaction by strong alkali. And we respectively reviewed temperature, and time, and sodium hydroxide content opposite to impaction of deacetylation when we fixed quantity of chitosan. From the experimental results, we can know it can increase alkali content if we wanted to improve DD of chitosan. But alkali content isn't too higher or main chain will be decomposed. And we should choose 40%~50% sodium hydroxide.3. We carried through acetylating reaction. When we want to get 70, 60, 50% DD of chitosan, we should control the moore ratio of chitosan and acetic anhydride are 2, 1, 0.5 just as DD of material chitosan is 83.04%.4. We carried through heterogeneous appearance reaction between sulfuric and chlorosulfonic mixture acids. We determined experimental condition range through using three factors and three levels, and later we proceeded influential experiment of single factor. We reviewed the effects of esterifiec chitosan among mixture of acid, and temperature, and time. And we got the better condition through experiment. Better experimental conditions are the ratio between sulfuric acid and chlorosulfonic acid is 1:2, and the temperature is 0℃and reactive time is 4 hours. At same the time, different molecular and DD degree have influence on sulfuric degree.5. We analyzed the structure of sulfuric chitosan through IR and NMR spectrum, and determined this esterify reaction mostly carried through C6-O. We analyzed the mechanism of esterified reaction.6. We carried through quasi-homogenous appearance reaction between sulfuric and chlorosulfonic mixture acids. And we reviewed contents of chitosan, and the ration between sulfuric and chlorosulfonic mixture acids, and time, and temperature opposite to influential law of reactive effect. And we filtered better reactive condition gradually, and got and decided better experimental reactive condition. The experimental conditions are the chitosan content is 85.7g/L, and 4% acetic acid liquor is 20mL, and the ratio between sulfuric acid and chlorosulfonic acid is 1:2, and the sulphure and chlorosulfonic content is 42.86%, and the temperature is 50, and reaction time is 1 hours. At same the time, different molecular weight and DD degree have influence on sulfuric degree of quasi-homogenous appearance.7. We analyzed the structure of sulfuric chitosan through IR spectrum, and primarily determined this esterify reactive method of quasi-homogenous phrase.8.
