In order to raise the product assembly quality and efficiency, We have put forward developing a set of electromechanical integration assembly device , With the aid of the intelligent manipulator and assisting man-made , and the correct instruction data for assembling must be provided, in order that the manipulator can carry on the correct operation, and these data partly come from the correct measurement to the gesture and interval information of product, so it is put forward to carry on the research of online measurement to assembling intervaland product gesture .Owing to highly secret of our academe product, The report about this product assembles have not tested to have been seen, but the image measurement technology involved had gained successful application. The clearest application example of the product abroad is the non-contact three coordinates measurement system , such as the non-contact three coordinates measure system of German MARR company and the American OGP company . In our country, also there are a lot of academes which are developing application of the image measurement technology, Such as AiDeHua measuring equipment limited company in XiAn city also has developed the non-contact three coordinate measured machine UCMS866 and other products etc. But the image measurement system satisfying the material and configuration of our product for a special purpose such as measuring interval has not been seen. In a word the optical imaging measuring equipment is being developed for replacing the original traditional image measurement product step by step at home and aboard , and the image measurement system is developing towards multi-functionalization and intelligentization.The image processing development state at home and abroad that this measurement system involves at present was introduced in this article,It defined the overall thought of measurement system and its hardware design and the software design. Among them two-dimensional mechanical structural design of motion is chiefly used to realize CCD sensor motion at horizontal direction and vertical direction .The design of sensor chiefly includes the illumination light source , design of image optical system and type choice of CCD pickup camera and motion control channel design etc. The software design chiefly is defining the structural design to measure according to the function of measurement system. The major algorithm that involves is studied: optical system checks focus e algorithm voluntarily, and the data organization of communication between measurement system and the center control computer system, picture edge recognition and measurement parameter calculation. Finally give out the debugging of whole measurement system and the measurement result. The measure data and result of correction gesture have been given and the factors that influence measure uncertainty are analyzed.This online measurement system realized non-contact measurement of the product gesture and assembly interval. Be in progress going deep into studying and gaining the breakthrough to some key technique : such as light design for parts illumination , the optical system focusing , picture edge recognition and parameter measurement . This set measurementdevice has been applied in automation assembly of our academe product successfully.
