The process of removal fluoride of acid wastewater is a huge challenge in rare-metal metallurgy. The most common method is primary neutralization with lime milk, but the result is not satisfied the discharge standard and deposits will pollute environment once again. In this study, a new process include pretreatment of adsorption with coal dust-particles, and primary neutralization with lime milk, could decrease dosage and cost, could improved the treatment result and the affectivity of lime at same time. A new type inorganic polymer coagulant, poly-silicate of alumina (PSA), could be given from coal dust-particle. In process of treatment domestic sewage with PSA, the sediment of floc is very well, and dosage is little. PSA could be used to treatment many wastewater, and is harmless. PSA is a high effect-cost coagulant.
