| Steel structure is abroad applied in the field of building, construction, bridge, chain block, mine, dock etc. It is provided with many excellence such as big intension, light, high degree of industrialization. Steel structure is usually connected together with armor plate, angle iron, etc. Connection is consequence. Weld is the central mode about connection of steel structure. The accident still happens usually owing to invalidation of welded construction.Micro defects will be produced during welding process.To simulate the effect of the defect on performance of steel structure,damage evolution law of weld metal must be predenfined.Based on the adoption of elasto-plastic damage theory and effective stain assumption,wed meld coupons were tested under repeat pull and their damage evolution law determined.The experimental results showed that weld metal had enough plastic deformation capacity,and its damage value was linear with the cumulative plastic strain. |
