Fibers arrays have unique characteristics of optics, electrics, magnetism, et al. component and shape parameter are the factors influencing capability of fibers arrays. In this thesis, popular methods to prepare fibers arrays and their productions were introduced. Current research and application trends of iron fibers arrays were introduced. Further, iron fibers arrays were prepared by by the way of electrodepositing in reverse hexagonal liquid crystal soft template. Its sample was compared with that prepared by electrodepositing in porous alumina template.It has not been reported preparing iron fibers arrays by the way of electrodepositing in reverse hexagonal liquid crystal soft template(HIIED). In this thesis, iron fibers arrays were prepared by HIIED first time. As improving, cheap and easy synthesized soft template- "Sodium caprylate-Decanol-Water" reverse hexagonal liquid crystal was used in this way. This way have several strongpoint, for example low synthesizing cost and easy to prepare large area iron fibers arrays. Also, microcosmic shape and static magnetism of iron fibers arrays were studied.Moreover, by comparing the iron fibers arrays prepared by electrodepositing in porous alumina template(PED) with that prepared by HIIED, it can be found: The diameter of iron fibers prepared by HIIED is about 50nm, far smaller than that by PED. The length of iron fibers prepared by HIIED is 10—90 μ m and that by PED 5 — 50μm. The iron fibers prepared by HIIED grow as cluster. The diameter of a cluster is about 200nm. In the range of length/diameter ratio from 300 to 1800, saturation magnetization of iron fibers arrays prepared by HIIED decreases with the increasing of ratio, while coercive field of iron fibers arrays increases. With the length/diameter ratio increases from 16 to 167, saturation magnetization of iron fibers arrays prepared by PED increases,while coercive field of iron fibers arrays decreases. Further, magnetic anisotropy of iron fibers arrays was studied by the way of testing its angle remanence. The iron fibers prepared by pyrolyzing Fe(CO)5 vapor depositing did not form arrays. The iron fibers are made up of many spheres. Iron fibers with different diameter can be prepared under different pyrolyzing temperature. Their static magnetism was tested with VSM.
