| According to the project "Studies on the New Biological Nutrient Removal Processes"(JS200105) from the Construction Hall of Jiangsu Province, pilot-scale experiment was studied from February to November in 2004, where the BCFS (Biologische-Chemische-Fosfaat-Stikstoverwijdering) was applied and the effluent of the preliminary sedimentation tank from the Suo Jincun Wastewater Treatment Plant of Nanjing was acted as the influent of the experiment. Conclusions of this experiment were summarized as follows:(1) The good function of this experiment was achieved when sludge age was 25d, reflux ratio of nitrification was 2 to 3 and HRT was 1215h.(2) The average removal rate of COD, NH4+-N, TN, PO43- was respectively 90.7%, 79.7%, 70.2% , 87%, when HRT was 12.8h, SRT was 25d, reflux ratio of nitrification was 3. With this condition, the effect of denitrifying dephosphatation was well. The rate of denitrifying dephosphatation was above 75%, and the characteristics of sludge was also in good condition.(3) The average removal rate of COD was 90.7% in the anaerobic tank. COD in the effluent of anaerobic tank was 5080mg/L, and the concentration of PO43- in the effluent of anaerobic tank was three times higher than that in the influent. According to the study of sludge characteristics, SVI was 7694mg/L.The BCFS was a biological nutrient removal process of good treatment effect with less energy, and was adapted to our country. On the basis of analysis on the Suo Jincun Wastewater Treatment Plant, the Sustainable Biological Nutrient Removal Processes was put forward in the paper. |
