| Sulfate-Reducing Bacteria (SRB) was the most important bacteria in microbiologically influenced corrosion(MIC),the corrosion cause by SRB was about 10 percent of total corrosion.The study on prevention of SRB was becoming a hot topic at present. Using copper restraining bacteria had a very long time,but there was few report about using copper restraining SRB.In this paper, bacteria was cultivated by particular medium, and it was identified by simple staining method, high pure SRB was gained and conserved at low temperature.This paper investigated the relation between the lowest sterilizing Cu2+ concentration and initial SRB concentration in sample water together with sterilizing time, as well as the effects that Cu2+ and another three bactericides sterilized SRB in sample water at different incorporation conditions by means of static cultivating experiments.The result indicated that the lowest sterilizing concentration increased with the increase of initial SRB content. The best sterilizing effect was also obtained at 90 minutes. It showed that the sterilizing effect of Cu2+ was better than the others, the lowest sterilizing concentration of the cooperation was between the lowest sterilizing concentration of the two bactericides that sterilized singly. Concentration of the two bactericides in the cooperation was almost half of the the lowest sterilizing concentration when they sterilized singly.Ni-Cu-P alloy chemial plating in that copper content changed could be obtained through improving on the composition of Ni-Cu-P alloy chemial plating bath.SRB's resistivity of Ni-Cu-P alloy chemial plating and Ni-Cu-P alloy chemial plating that had heat treatment et al were compared,the relation between the copper content and its SRB's corrosion resistivity as well as the relation between heat treatment and SRB's corrosion resistivity were reviewedThe result indicated that SRB's resistivity of Ni-Cu-P alloy chemial plating was good, Ni-Cu-P alloy chemial plating that had heat treatment was the best, the SRB's corrosion resistivity of Ni-Cu-P alloy chemial plating increased with the increase of copper content in Ni-Cu-P alloy plating, Ni-Cu-P alloy chemial plating that had heat treatment at 450°C had the best SRB's corrosion resistivity in SRB-inoculation medium,and the SRB's corrosion resistivity improve obviously compared to Ni-Cu-P alloy chemial plating that had no heat treatment. |
