| Cyclohexane oxidation is the main process route on the production of cyclohexanone. The reaction of cyclohexane oxidation first produces cyclohexyl hydroperoide as an intermediate, and cyclohexanone can be attained via the dehydrogenation reaction. Since the chemical character of the cyclohexyl hydroperoide is not steady and can be decomposed easily, on the 50s-60s of last century, if the content of cyclohexyl hydroperoide is too high, it may bring chain decomposition reaction, just like the H2O2, the engineers was so worried that they enlarge the concentration of the catalyst, let the cyclohexyl hydroperoide in the aerobic environment (oxidation vessel ) immediately and decomposed to cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol, in order to accelerate oxidation and ensure the safety. But the water which produced in high concentration catalyst cyclohexane oxidation reaction will dissolve the adipic acid , give birth to acidic sediment and block the pipe, affect the long period running of plant seriously and reduce the yield of cyclohexanone. On 80s of last century, DSM( Holland) developed the non-catalyst oxidation process, the cyclohexane oxidation reaction were controlled in cyclohexyl hydroperoide period primarily, and kept on low oxidation conversation ratio , so that attained higher oxidation yield. The quantitative analysis of the cyclohexyl hydroperoide which produced as an intermediate during the reaction have very important meaning in controlling the oxidation conversation ratio of cyclohexane oxidation reaction and increasing the yield of cyclohexanone, especially in how to control the alkali waste which produced during the decomposing of cyclohexyl hydroperoide and ensure the safety. The research of cyclohexyl hydroperoide analyse method are developed in recent and the relevant literature are seldom appeared. This paper summarized the existing analyse method, anatomized the defect of the listed method, and discussed the theory of some new method such as simply gas chromatography, ion chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography method. We analysed the chemic titration method , ion chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography method by experiment. The analyse theory, experiment step and method, the treatment of analyse data and the analyse error have also been discussed and the research achievement are attained. This research will do help to solve the analyse puzzle in the caprolactam "7 to 14" plan, which is one of SINOPEC's "Ten-dragon Project". It is an important method in the research of the cyclohexaneoxidation new process. According to the accurate quantitative analysisof the cyclohexyl hydroperoide, we can get more cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol by relevant measures, enlarge the cyclohexanone production and ensure the safety. This paper gave the prospect of the research. It mentioned that the high performance liquid chromatography method has great application value on production & research, and it has tremendous development foreground. |
