The disquisition design the process to test the decontaminating and tolerance bivalent abio-Hg of two kinds of local submerged plant Callitriche palustris L and Potamogeton pectinatus L. The test simulates the condition that the natural water receives waster water. Design factor level from 0.0005mg/L to 0.01mg/L. The article estimates the tolerance Hg of plant with the index such as the damp weightiness, highness, amount of burl. The article estimates decontaminating Hg of plant with the content of Hg in plant. The main results are as follows:1,In the water, that the concentration of bivalent abio-Hg be under the 0. 05mg/L, the growth index are mounting up . It shows both Potamogeton pectinatus L and Callitriche palustris L tolerance to Hg . The amplitude of highness, amount of burl of Callitriche palustris L are bigger than Potamogeton pectinatus L remarkable. It means the tolerance of latter is stronger than the former.2, In the water, that the concentration of bivalent abio-Hg be under the 0. 05mg/L, the concentration of Hg in leaf and in caudex of Potamogeton pectinatus L both are higher than of Callitriche palustris L. The biggest accumulation coefficient numerical value of Potamogeton pectinatus L. and Callitriche palustris L is 17. 325 and 12. 478. It shows the former decontaminating to Hg is stronger than latter. Leaf is main accumulation organ for Hg.3, In the design factor level range, the accumulation coefficient numerical value comes down and accumulation account raises along with the treatment concentration of Hg . It shows the decontaminating to Hg of the plants is depends on surface adsorption mostly. The plants absorb Hg less. It shows two kinds of plant have not decontaminating by volatilization modality for Hg.
