In recent years, self-assembly of supramolecular developed rapidly. New-type functional material by self-assembly showed bright prospect in high technology. Aggregation of block copolymer was very important in self-assembly of supramolecular. Aggregation of copolymer was a very good carrier of medicine transportation and target. Because aggregation of copolymer existed stably in water, and had strong ability to absorb organic molecule, it was used to sewage disposal, environmental protection and collection of micro-composition, etc. In another aspect, self-assembly of supramolecular also had important application. All living-things were self-assembly systems and all life processes were self-assembly processes. Self-assembly of supramolecular would provide theories and methods for Bionic Manufacturing.PEO with aniline was synthesized by PEO reacting with p-Phenylenediamine. Then diblock copolymer PAn-PEO and triblock copolymer PAn-PEO-PAn were synthesized by copolymerization of PEO with aniline and aniline. The optimum condition of synthesis was confirmed. Characterization techniques of FTIR, DSC and TGA were used to verify that products were not mixture of homopolymers but PAn-PEO and PAn-PEO-PAn,.Dynamic laser light-scattering experiment indicated that PEO-PAn and PAn-PEO-PAn aggregated in DMF, and their aggregation radiuses were about 40-60nm.The self-assembly behavior of PAn-PEO-PAn triblock copolymer was studied in selective solvent. From the SEM, we confirmed systematically the conclusion that block copolymers aggregated into hollow sphere or cylinder aggregations in selective solvent. From behavior of block copolymers in selective solvent, we knew that self-assembly of supramolecular was influenced by kind and concentration of solvent.
